The general filter is composed of a cylinder body, a stainless steel filter element, a drainage part, a transmission device and an electric control part. When the filter works, the material to be filtered enters from the water inlet, passes through the filter element, enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for the process circulation, and the particle acrobatics in the water is trapped inside the filter element. The core part of the filter is the filter core. The filter core is usually composed of internal and external skeletons, sintered mesh, sintered felt, etc.; when the filter is working for a period of time, some impurities are precipitated in the filter element, and the pressure drop increases. The flow rate will decrease, and the impurities in the filter core need to be promptly removed. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to the fact that the protective layer on the filter element cannot be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the filter installed on the filter may not meet the design requirements for the purity of the filtered media. Equipment such as compressors, pumps, meters, etc. will be damaged; if the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
